Community Counselling

Community Counsellors are available Monday – Thursday in the Food Bank. Please drop in, no appointment is necessary, and no fees for counselling services.

Counsellors can help you with:

• Accessing services at Neighbour to Neighbour Centre
• Refer you to needed services in the community.

We can speak with you in 7 different languages (*not available at all times):

• English, French, Arabic, *Japanese, Kurdish, *Italian, *Somali.
